Tennessee came in at No. 2 on Site Selection magazine’s annual Top Business Climate list, an improvement from the state’s fifth place ranking in 2009. This marks the sixth time, TN has ranked in the Top 5.

TN ranked high in the two main criteria: a state’s performance in Conway Data’s New Plant Database, which tracks new and expanded business facility activity, and a survey of corporate site seekers across the country.
