Tsk, tsk, tsk, another Nashville spec home bites the dust.  The latest victim is 943 Tyne Blvd. Nashville, in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Oak Hill.  This behemoth of a home was completed in August of 2008, which means yes, that it has been on the market for over two years, with no offers, and it was actually listed before it was completed.  Listed for a cool $4.9MM, then reduced a drastic $1MM to $3.9MM where it continued to sit…and well you know the rest- here it is, on the auction block.
