The luxurious Belle Meade Court condominiums are changing hands.

It will not be heading for full-fledged foreclosure. Instead, developer Tony Giarratana’s Kenner Development has sold the 65-unit property to global investment firm Alvarez & Marsal Capital RE for $11.5 million, according to Davidson County property records.
